City Commissioners and Commission Candidates gathered for a public forum on "Stepping It Up" in Helena. Representatives from local non-profits questioned the panel on their plans to embrace their leadership and influence public tranportation, local food availability, zoning, and recycling. Commissioner Alan Peura noted that Helena is "the best community in the world."
Following the fantastic dialogue, we stepped outside for our group "green finger" photo and then got to painting! All ten of our cowboy boots are now beautiful works of climate art which will be delivered to our Commissioners, Candidates and Congressional Delegates. Thanks Helena!
