We got wet in the rain (can you say climate change!) but there was a hardy turnout of folks who listed to Santa Cruz Mayor Emily Reilly, Tomasso Boggia from UCSC the CalPIRG Program, Elizabeth Russell Bertrand from AMBAG, Jay Friedland from Plug In America, Mike Arenson from Full Circle Solar, Elizabeth Borelli from Nubius Organics and more. People got to see solar panels (in the rain), think about local and global policies and just make a difference. We were on a small island in the middle of a duck pond and it felt good to be there!

And of course don't forget about Plug-In Cars!

Despite the rain we had a pretty good turnout! We had keynote speakers and presenters for area environmental groups. It was a positive and inspirational event!
